The agreement between you and us when you use DueLead. Last updated 24 October 2026.
1. Who we are
DueLead is run by Productimiser Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15016956, registered office 41 Petley Road, London W6 9SU ("we", "us"). Contact us at hello@duelead.com.
2. Who can use DueLead
DueLead is a business service for UK commercial finance brokers. By creating an account you confirm that you are using it for your business, not as a consumer, and that you arrange finance for UK businesses. Where the finance you arrange needs authorisation by the Financial Conduct Authority, you confirm that you or your firm are authorised, or an appointed representative of a firm that is. "You" means you and the firm you sign up for.
3. Your account
Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
Keep your password and sign-in links to yourself. Each seat is for one named person: don't share a login.
You're responsible for what happens under your account and your team's seats. Tell us straight away at hello@duelead.com if you think someone else has got in.
4. Free trial
A free trial lasts 7 days and includes 10 lead claims. No card is needed and it doesn't turn into a paid plan by itself. One trial per person and firm. When it ends, leads you claimed stay unlocked for you, but you can't claim more until you choose a plan.
5. Plans, payment and cancelling
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, through Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing section and are exclusive of VAT where VAT applies.
Your plan gives a monthly allowance of lead claims. Unused monthly claims don't roll over. Claim packs you buy are used after your monthly claims run out and don't expire while your account is open.
Extra seats and territories are billed with your plan and prorated when you add or remove them.
You can cancel any time from the billing portal. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't refund part periods, except where the law requires it.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A change applies from your next billing period, and you can cancel before then.
If a payment fails and isn't fixed, we may pause your account until it is.
6. Claims and territories
Claiming a lead unlocks its people and contact details for your account and locks other members out while your claim is open.
A claim with no update for 30 days may be released for other members to claim.
If you release a lead within 24 hours of claiming it, for example because it's already your client, you get the claim back, up to 5 times a month.
A territory gives your team first look at new leads in one sector and region for 24 hours before other members see them.
7. Using the data properly
The leads in DueLead come from public records (mainly Companies House) and public business sources. When you contact a business or person you find through DueLead, you decide to do so, and you are responsible for doing it lawfully. In particular you agree to:
use the data only to offer business finance to the business concerned, in your own name;
comply with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and FCA rules, including checking the Telephone Preference Service and Corporate TPS before calling, and honouring any request to stop contacting someone;
tell people where you got their details if they ask, and point them to our privacy notice if they want their details removed from DueLead;
not sell, share, publish or pass on the data to anyone outside your firm, or build a list or database from it for anyone else;
not scrape, bulk-download or copy DueLead by automated means, or try to get around claim limits, seat limits or security measures.
For personal data you take from DueLead to contact someone, you act as an independent controller, not on our behalf.
8. Accuracy
We work hard to keep DueLead accurate, but public records can be late or wrong, and contact details found on the web may be out of date. Scores and signals are our estimate that a business may need finance, not a statement that it does, and not advice. Check anything important before you rely on it. We provide DueLead "as is" and don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any lead will result in business.
9. Our rights in DueLead
We (and our licensors) own DueLead, its software, scoring and design. We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business while your account is open. Companies House data is used under the Open Government Licence v3.0. You keep ownership of your own notes and data; you let us store and process them to run the service.
10. Suspending or ending your account
You can close your account at any time by cancelling your plan and emailing us. We may suspend or close your account, without refund, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, especially section 7, or if we must for legal reasons. Otherwise we'll give you at least 30 days' notice if we decide to close your account or stop offering DueLead, and refund any period you've paid for and won't get. Sections 7, 8, 11 and 13 continue after your account ends.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else the law doesn't allow to be limited.
We aren't liable for lost profits, lost business, lost deals or commission, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months.
You'll cover our reasonable losses and costs if a claim is brought against us because of how you used DueLead data in breach of section 7.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Using DueLead after that means you accept the new terms; if you don't, you can cancel before then.
13. General
These terms, with our privacy notice, are the whole agreement between us about DueLead. If any part can't be enforced, the rest still applies. You can't transfer your account or these terms without our agreement; we may transfer them to a business that takes over DueLead. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
